We will offer guests a choice of our house white or red wine or a pint of any of our draft beers. Additional wine and beer options are available, let us know what you need and we will be happy to put together a custom wine and beer package for your event. Unfortunately, we are unable to serve beer or wine at off-site events.

Cheese Enchilada Platter – $ 80

Cheese enchilada platter with your choice of chile sauce. Feeds approximately 20-30 people.

Chicken or Beef Enchilada Platter – $ 90

Chicken or beef enchilada platter with your choice of chile sauce. Feeds approximately 20-30 people.

Spanish Rice Platter – $ 24

Serves approximately 20-30 people.

Pinto Beans (1 Quart) – $ 5

Serves approximately 6-8 people.

Other Notes:

  • Pricing does not include tax or gratuity. Tax is applied at normal rates, and an 18% gratuity will be assessed on all staffed packages.
  • A down-payment of 50% of the total event cost (excluding gratuity) must be received at the time of booking. The remainder will be billed upon completion of the event.
  • Catering packages should be ordered at least one week in advance of the event.
  • Bottomless soda fountain, coffee, and tea are included in all packages, all other beverages and alcohol must be purchased on individual guest checks or as a separate catering package line item.
  • Pricing is for on-site catering. If the event is being held outside of the Hotel Eklund, there will be an additional delivery charge of $0.50 per guest.
  • Our catering prices are for parties of 20 or more. For smaller groups, we will be happy to arrange an off the menu solution for you.
  • Pricing includes beverage service and table service for all courses unless noted as buffet.
  • Any package can be presented as a buffet, we recommend ordering a 10% surplus if you choose a buffet style meal.
  • We recommend arranging to pre-order individual meals if possible as it will expedite service.
  • Substitutions are welcome, but are not necessarily included in the stated fixed price.
