We open for dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at 5:00 pm.
Orders are taken until 8:15 and we close around 9:00 pm.
We serve an enhanced continental breakfast for hotel guests from 6:30 to 8:30 am daily.
Ek Rolls – Our unique invention - Hatch green chile and cheese, stuffed in egg roll wrappers and fried to a golden brown, served with ranch dressing.
Smothered Chile Cheese Fries – Ample cheddar cheese and your choice of chile sauce.
Soup of the Day – Your choice of our daily soups by the cup or bowl.
House Salad – Mixed greens with red cabbage, carrots, tomato, and cucumber served with your choice of ranch, thousand island, blue cheese, or homemade honey balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Make it a meal, add grilled salmon, steak or chicken.
From the Grill:
Grilled Chicken Breast – Grilled 8 oz portion served with raspberry chipotle sauce and 2 sides.
Pineapple Salmon – A grilled filet of coho salmon served with pineapple salsa.
Pork Chop – 8 oz. center-cut pork chop grilled with raspberry chipotle sauce and 2 sides.
Rib Eye Steak – A hand-cut 12 oz. beef rib steak with two sides.
All New Mexican plates are served with spanish rice and pinto beans.
Enchilada Plate – Flat enchiladas stuffed with cheese and smothered in your choice of chile. Adds: seasoned ground beef or chicken.
Eklund Combo Plate – A beef or chicken enchilada, and green chile relleno with your choice of chile sauce.
Vegetarian Combo Plate – A potato, onion, and guacamole taco, cheese enchilada, and green chile relleno with our vegetarian red chile sauce.
The Eklund Burger – A juicy local beef patty served open-face on texas toast smothered in your choice of chile sauce and topped with cheddar cheese. Served with french fries.
Build Your Own Burger – A juicy local beef patty served on a sesame bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle and your choice of three of the following toppings, mushrooms, grilled onions, chopped green chile, american cheese, cheddar, provolone or swiss cheese. Served with french fries.
Hot Open-Faced Meatloaf Sandwich – Made from scratch, smothered in our beef gravy, and served on texas toast with garlic mashed potatoes.
Any of our entrees can be served with a cup of soup or a house salad.
We also feature several vegetarian dishes, and gluten free chile sauces!
We serve New Mexico beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
